What is Live-In Relationship? Why Islam Disallowed Live-In Relationship?

It is basically the living of couple without Nikah. They just mutually agreed to live together to fulfill their sexual desires which is haram. So, if the couple want to live together, then they should marry with each other. This is only the Halal way of living together and this is a "Sawab". On the other living together without "Nikah" is a Sin and if they do sexual intercourse i.e., commit adultery, then it is a "Zina", which is a major sin (Kabira Gunah) and if there is Islamic Government and it is proved by 4 witnesses, they will get punish of 100 Lashes (Koray) if they are virgin and if they are already married (previously married), then will get punishment of Stoning (Rajam).

Is Living Relation In UAE (United Arab Emirates) / Arab  And India Legally Allowed Or Not?

Couples can live together without married. It is legally allowed in UAE and India but In Islam, it is not allowed and will remain illegal forever. If male and female live without marriage and have sex and make physical relationship with each other, then it is haram in Islam. Having sex (Zina) with each other is also punishable act in Islam if there is an Islamic Government and Zina is proved with witnesses.

Live-In Relationships Or Cohabitation / Living Together Without Marriage In Pakistan Is Allowed Or Not?

Living Relation in Pakistan is not allowed. It is prohibited according to Islamic Law. In Islam, it is a major sin to have sex (Zina) with a girl (female) who is not your wife.

Cohabitation is a type of agreement where two people (Couple) are not married but live together. It is Haram / Najaiz (Void) in Islam. It is a very wrong way of fulfilling their sexual desires. Dating of boy and girl is haram in Islam. Girlfriend and Boyfriends living together are not allowed in Islamic Culture and Civilization.

So Muslims persons who follow live-in relationship should fear from Allah and repent on their sins and come to the right path i.e., Marriage which is a natural and a halal way of living together both of husband and wife.

So In Islam, marriage is only the halal / valid way of building strong family system in society.

Live-In-Relationship Kya Islam Mein Jaiz Hai? / Live-In-Relation Kya Hota Hai?

Baghair Nikah Ke Larka (Ladka) aur Larki (Ladi) ka Relationship mein Rehna (Live-In Relationship) Islam mein jaiz nahi hai. Logon ko Allah Se Darna chahiye. Azab-E-Qabar Aur Dozak Ki Aag se Allah Se panah mangni chahiye.

اسلام میں لیو اِن ریلیشن یحنی مرد و عورت کا بغیر نکاح کے ایک ساتھ رہنا حرام ہے۔ چاہے حکومت کا قانون لیونگ ریلیشن شپ کو لیگل (قانونی) حثیت بھی دے دے پھر بھی یہ جائز نہیں ہے۔ کیونکہ جہاں اللہ اور ملکی قانون میں متصادم (ایک دوسرے کے خلاف ہوں گیں) ہو گا تو پہلے اللہ کا قانون ہے۔

متحدہ عرب امارات (یونایٹیڈ عرب امارات) اور انڈیا اس کو قانونی حثیت حاصل ہے جبکہ اسلام میں یہ ہمیشہ کے لیے حرام ہی رہے گا۔ لیو اِن ریلشن شپ پاکستان میں غیر قانونی عمل ہے۔ جو لوگ اس حرام فحل میں مبتلا ہیں ان کو توبہ و استغفار کرنا چاہیے نہیں تو اللہ کی پکڑ بہت سخت ہے۔

 اس لیے شادی ہی ایک حلال اور جائز طریقہ ہے اپنی جنسی خواہش پوری کرنے کا اور شادی ہی ایک فیملی سسٹم کو مضبوط کرتی ہے کیونکہ اس میں وفا ہوتی ہے اور رشتہ (ماں باپ، دادا دادی، بھائی بہن، پھوپھا پھوپھی، چچا چچی وغیرہ وغیرہ) وجود میں آتے ہیں جبکہ بغیر نکاح کے رہنے سے فیملی سسٹم وجود میں نہیں آ سکتا ہے کیونکہ اس میں شہوت پرستی، مفاد پرستی اور مادیت پرستی ہوتی ہے۔

 اسلام میں لیواِن ریلیشن حرام ہے۔ اس کے بجائے اسلام نکاح کو کرنے کا کہتا ہے یہ حلال اور پاکیزہ راستہ ہے۔
